  1. Effective January 1, 1991 some enhancements have been made to the Front Office
  2. that are not in the documentation. Here are these new features:

  4. 1. Using <U>-Utilities and <S>-Setup and the <F>-Format Salutation selection
  5.    means that you may now select whether you want a comma or a colon after the
  6.    salutation in your letters. Enter a "," or a ":" when asked.
  7.  
  8. 2. When signing on each day, you now will be given a screen that opts to go
  9.    immediately to Telemarketing to phone or to review todays prospects that
  10.    require follow-up. This tickler feature will be skipped by the Front 
  11.    Office when no prospect follow-up dates match today's date. And when dates
  12.    do match you may not wish to follow-up at sign-on, so simply touch the
  13.    enter key to "continue" to the Main Menu.

  15. 3. In connection with number 2 above, there is now a fast way to replace all
  16.    follow-up dates with new follow-up dates using the <R>-Replace codes by
  17.    Group selection from the <U>-Utility, <C>-Code Maintainance menus. Simply
  18.    move the cursor to the fields entitled "Follow-up date", insert the current
  19.    date and the new date in the blanks provided. All records matching the old
  20.    date will then be given the new date. Do this especially and immediately
  21.    after selecting the "continue" option to not follow-up when TFO prompts you
  22.    to do so at sign-on.  Enjoy...and good prospecting!!!
